PRAGAM SATVA TRUST was born from the vision of Dr. Raghavendra N, a leader who has spent nearly two decades navigating the intersection of economic theory and real-world application. With a distinguished academic foundation—including an MSc in Agricultural Economics, a PhD in Economics, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc)—Dr. Raghavendra has dedicated his career to understanding the systems that drive growth and sustainability.

With over 20 years of extensive experience spanning both the high-stakes corporate sector and the foundational agriculture sector, Dr. Raghavendra witnessed a recurring gap: the disconnect between advanced digital/economic resources and the rural communities that need them most.
His journey through the corporate world provided the strategic "know-how" of management and scale, while his roots in agricultural economics kept him grounded in the challenges faced by smallholder farmers and underserved populations.
